Waterlollies delay

I guess my first post here should be an apology to Brackenwood fans for the delay on Waterlollies. If you've been to the Alphas page and seen that Waterlollies is now due for release, July 22 was a hugely optimistic deadline, especially since I recently went and added about 1-2 minutes to the movie to improve the story (a punishment I ALWAYS inflict on myself when I'm halfway through a project or near the end).

Rather than set another date, I'm posting regular updates on my blog and including a graph so you can watch my progress. Right now (2am Aug 21) I'm about 82% done. For those reading this who don't know already, Waterlollies will be one movie, but I'm working on it in three parts: A, B and C. Parts A and B are complete and I'm now about halfway through part C.

When the animation is complete, I'll post a rough version for my forum members, before I package it up neatly and upload to NG. The schedule I'm keeping tells me I should be done in mid-September, but the exact date will depend on when the music guy (Nathan McCree, the composer who scored the Tomb Raider games) is finished.

I'll post here if there are any more delays, but I'm pretty sure Waterlollies will be a September release (yes to the smartarse who asked, that'll be 2007).

To hell with Waterlollies what about "Brackenwood - The Movie" (joke). If that came out on DVD I'd have no choice but to buy it :) i hope all goes well with the Brackenwood project you've put a hell of a lot of effort into it hope all goes well with the studio giving the time and money for the project... i know how tight fisted they can be... though if it gets success you cant take enough from them!

A delay huh? Well, that means your working hard right? Or your majorly slackin'. Judging by the awesome screenshots, I'm gonna say it's gonna be awesome... Love your work man, and don't rush anything! (I could care less if you replyed but I would be the happiest guy in the world if you wrote a review on one of my flash movies! ^^; lol, if you have time that is! I'm really excited about this, i honestly can't wait, i had the alphas release date on my calender, now i'm going to have to write waterlollies all over september, and maybe october too, just to be sure! the picture looks awesome btw, and i love the shorts on the bytesize player!

Sir, you have an amazing gift like no other on NG. Watching your flashes truely make me happy. The artistry is simply stunning, and te movements and fluidity through out all of your flash are truly amazing. In my opinion, you are hands down, the best flash animator on this site. Period.
