I can easily say that you, Adam, are the most inspirational, hardworking, and talented animator and artist on Newgrounds. Brackenwood is one of the most unique and one of the best animated series that I have ever seen, even better than some Disney films. I really like the landscaping, character design, and the flow of your animations.
I've been interested in art ever since I was 4-years-old, a little over a decade ago, and have always wanted to make it big in the art industry. And after reading your story above, I can also say that you are one of the most influential people that I have ever come across in my life. I admire your work, your dedication as an artist, and the impact you have had on many other people here on the site.
I also had a few questions for you:
-You said that you developed skills in categories such as anatomy, perspective, lighting effects and color. What did you do to improve these skills?
-How did the entire Disney thing start with you? Did you go to Disney or did Disney come to you?

You're an insight to us all. I myself am not aiming for a career in animation or artistry, however I do enjoy it very much so.
So when I have spare time from my Mathematics and Computing, I always enjoy picking up a (graphics tablet) pen and scrawling down some images.
However, it's movies like these that make me always wish I could just focus on animation, as it looks like so much fun!

I remember a while ago I saw a list of Brackenwood shorts you were considering for the future, and one of them was a day in the life of Wee the witch (or something like that). I know Bitey is sort of the star, but I was always so intrigued with the witch character and we haven't seen her since "Bitey of Brackenwood"!

What programs do you use predominantly to create your Bitey videos? Tablet directly into Flash? A lot of Photoshop? Illustrator perhaps? I'm curious because you have a ton of tiny details in your movies I'm wondering how you created. Dare I say...I just started my path of animating and haven't been ultra good at churning out the stuff I do in Flash ^^;
Don't let anyone give you crap. You're VERY talented in my opinion. And to get where you are by personal drive alone? You're a beacon of hope to aspiring artists like myself. Keep it up,man.
